I help busy families and professionals declutter and organise with direction through in-home support, virtual organising and coaching. My work combines practical home systems with mindset, decision-making and the signature MAP Methods, so your space feels easier to live in, not just nicer to look at.
Hi, I’m M.A.P. also known as Mary Ann Paras, founder of Map Your Space.
I created Map Your Space for people who feel overwhelmed by their home, even when it looks “mostly organised” from the outside.
I understand how clutter can become emotional, practical and mental all at once. It is rarely just about the stuff. It is the decisions, the guilt, the routines, the unfinished corners, the family needs, the work demands and the quiet pressure of keeping everything together.
My relationship with organising started from my lived experience. Growing up with very little financial capacity, my family held on to things longer than we needed to. I know how hard it can feel to let go when every item carries a memory, a cost, a “what if” or a fear of making the wrong decision.
I also know what it is like to juggle many roles at once: wife, mother, homemaker, full-time worker and business owner. Organising has helped me create more calm, direction and breathing room in my own life, and I have seen the same shift happen in the homes of family, friends and clients.
That is why I created Map Your Space.
To help you declutter and organise with direction, without judgement, perfection or overwhelm. My goal is to help you understand your space, make confident decisions and create systems that support the way you actually live.
Why Map Your Space Is Different
Map Your Space is built around a simple belief: your home does not need to be perfect to support you well. It needs direction, systems and a way of organising that fits your season of life.
That is why I use my signature Map Your Space approach, including Declorganising and the Map Types, the Full MAP (a.k.a. MINDSET Approach) and Mini-MAP Methods, to help you move from overwhelm to clear, practical progress.
